Basalt Creek Documents
The Basalt Creek Planning Area (BCPA) is generally located between the southern edge of Tualatin and the northern boundary of Wilsonville, where the two cities are less than a mile apart. The Planning Area encompasses approximately 847 acres and includes an area to the west of Coffee Creek Correctional Facility known as the West Railroad Planning Area.
