Inclement Weather Update (as of 1/15/2024)

Due to inclement weather, the City of Wilsonville has suspended operations for City Hall on Tuesday, January 16, 2024. For all defendants scheduled for Municipal Court Traffic Arraignments, you will automatically be RESET to February 6, 2024 at 2:00pm. If you were scheduled for a TRIAL, you will receive correspondence from court staff when we return to office.  For any questions, please contact the Municipal Court at 503-570-1587 or email court@ci.wilsonville.or.us.

Is a limited jurisdiction court serving the citizens of the City of Wilsonville, Oregon.

Municipal Court is held at Wilsonville City Hall on the First Floor. All persons attending court are asked to check in at the front counter.

  • Court is held on the first and third Tuesday of each month.  
  • Arraignments begin at 2:00 p.m. Cases appearing before the Municipal Judge are heard in the order of check-in, with a first-come, first-serve basis.

Phone hours (for court days only) are 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Court Jurisdiction

The court has jurisdiction over traffic violations, parking citations, and local ordinances. The city contracts with Clackamas County to provide police services. All officers servicing the city are sworn Clackamas County Sheriffs.
