Wastewater Treatment Plant

Waste Water Treatment Plant

The plant was rebuilt and upgraded in 2014 to include modern wastewater treatment technology, a new odor control system and increased capacity from 2.5 million gallons a day to 4 million gallons a day to accommodate Wilsonville’s continued growth. The facility’s effluent discharged to the Willamette River will be both cooler and cleaner, providing environmental benefits for aquatic life and downstream water users.

The city contracts with CH2MHill for operation of the wastewater treatment plant, located at 9275 Southwest Tauchman Road.

City Maintained Facilities:

The Public Works Department maintains the sewer collection system, which consists of 60 miles of pipe, over 1400 sanitary sewer manholes, and eight pumping stations.
