1) Written comments may be submitted to the City Recorder (Wilsonville City Hall, 29799 SW Town Center Loop East, Wilsonville, OR 97070).

2) Digital comments (email) may be submitted to cityrecorder@ci.wilsonville.or.us.

3) Individuals may participate online through the Zoom videoconferencing platform. Contact City Recorder at cityrecorder@ci.wilsonville.or.us or by phone at (503) 570-1506 to register.

The City Council meetings are all open to the public and the general public can attend any City Council work session or regular meeting. At each meeting there is the opportunity for the public to speak under "Citizen Input" on items that are listed on the agenda but not schedule for a public hearing. Citizens have used this opportunity to announce a community event, express a concern, or voice their opinion.

Executive Session starts at 5:00pm, Work Session immediately follows, and City Council meeting starts at 7:00pm.

The meeting occurs the first and third Monday of every month. However, should the Monday fall on a holiday, the meeting will be held that Thursday.

Agendas are available the Wednesday prior to the meetings and are posted online. Minutes are available following approval.

Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) are available for persons with impaired hearing and can be scheduled for this meeting if required at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. The City will also endeavor to provide the following services, without cost, if requested at least 48 hours prior to the meeting: qualified sign language interpreters for persons with speech or hearing impairments and; qualified bilingual interpreters.
