The City of Wilsonville’s Police/Public Works SRGP Seismic Improvements Project is a seismic retrofit project that is made possible due to a State of Oregon’s Seismic Rehabilitation Grant Program (SRGP). The Project site is located at 30000 SW Town Center Loop East, Wilsonville, OR 97070. The original building was constructed in 1985, with renovations in 1993 and 2007. The building is a two‐story wood and steel framed building with reinforced masonry shear walls. The Contractor shall include all supplies, tools, equipment, scaffolding, transportation, utilities, service, superintendence, labor, and the furnishing of all materials, items, and accessories needed for the Project. All on‐site work, including demolition, installation, and final cleaning is required to be completed during regularly scheduled hours. The Contractor shall provide for all scheduling, coordination, cutting, and patching, and all other items required by the Contract Documents to complete the Work. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the following elements:

  • Restore finish surfaces related to new seismic improvements.
  • Provide mechanical screening at existing roof mounted mechanical units.
  • Replace existing Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) seismic piers with reinforced cast‐in‐place concrete piers.
  • Provide concrete footings for new cast‐in‐place piers.
  • Strengthen existing glu‐laminated drag struts with continuous steel strapping.
  • Provide new drag struts on Grid 1 & 8.
  • Reinforce existing structural systems with steel strapping.
  • Provide structural posts and reinforcing to support mechanical screening of existing roof top mechanical units.
  • All MEP scope of work to be Design‐Building construction method coordinated by the Contractor.
  • General Contractor to verify extent of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components to be removed and reinstalled for access for all seismic improvements.
  • Remove and reinstall existing HVAC supply and return grilles.
  • Remove and reinstall existing ducting, piping, conduit, and accessories as required to provide access to area of Work for seismic improvements.
  • Provide return grill and ducting at Office U17, reroute, and connect to mechanical system.

The estimated Project cost range is $500,000.
