Urban Renewal Task Force, Mtg. 3

The City of Wilsonville convenes a city manager-appointed group of residents, brokers/developers, community advocates, and representatives from affected taxing districts when it thinks strategically about its uses of urban renewal (tax increment finance). 

The roster for the latest iteration of the Wilsonville Urban Renewal Task Force is attached below.

We intend to meet roughly 5-6 times total, in order to review the city's current uses of urban renewal and consider potential new uses of the tool, as two of the city's urban renewal areas are close to being closed.
