The Public Works (PW) Department of the City of Wilsonville, Oregon is soliciting for statements
of qualifications and pricing from firms interested in submitting qualifications for Owner’s
Representative and Construction Management Services. This solicitation is for the Project to
build a new Public Works Operations Complex located at 28625 SW Boberg Rd, Wilsonville,
97070.

The City’s purpose in using the Competitive Sealed Proposal process is to determine the “Best
Value Proposal ” for this Project through an evaluation of the demonstrated ability to successfully
complete projects of a similar type, complexity, size, scope, budget, and schedule.
