2021 Street Maintenance

Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision for repaving Town Center Loop from Wilsonville Road to Main Street, repaving Park Place from Town Center Loop West to Courtside Drive, and performance of such additional and incidental work as called for by the Specifications and Contract Documents. The improvements include approximately 35,500 SY of 2 or 3 inch cold plane pavement removal, placement of 11,800 tons of asphalt concrete pavement, 1,300 LF of curb or curb and gutter reconstruction, 4,600 SF of sidewalk reconstruction, and 2,000 SF of sidewalk ramp reconstruction.

Bidders must be qualified by the City of Wilsonville (“City”) in compliance with ORS 279C.375(3). Bidders must be pre-qualified in compliance with Oregon Revised Statutes Chapter 279C.430 by the Oregon Department of Transportation in the following Classes of Work prior to the date bids are due:

• Asphalt Concrete Paving and Oiling (ACP)
• Earthwork and Drainage (EART)

The estimated Project cost range is $2,000,000 to $3,000,000.

Specifications and Contract Documents are available on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, after 8:00 a.m., at the City of Wilsonville, 29799 SW Town Center Loop East, Wilsonville, Oregon 97070.  Copies of the Project Specifications and Contract Documents may be purchased for $35.00 each from the City of Wilsonville.  Bidders may also download them at www.questcdn.com and input #7724631.  Requests for documents to be mailed via overnight express shall be accompanied by a separate check in the amount of $35.00.  The City shall not be held responsible for the receipt of documents sent via mail.
