Purchase of CNG Cutaway Buses

The City of Wilsonville, through its Transit Department, South Metro Area Regional Transit, is requesting price quotes for the purchase of three (3) medium size buses that:
- Are light duty transit buses;
- Have a dedicated compressed natural gas (CNG) engine;
- Hold approximately 21 ambulatory passengers;
- Have two (2) wheelchair stations in tandem (not side by side); and
- Have a front loading lift.
Proposals Due: Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 3:00 PM, local time All Proposals must be sealed in an opaque envelope, plainly marked as follows: “Request for Proposals – SMART Bus Purchase Project.” Include the name and address of the Proposer. All proposals must be submitted and received via e‐mail (simonton@ci.wilsonville.or.us), U.S. mail, or by hand‐delivery by Thursday, March 25, 2021, at 3:00 PM, mailing address: 29799 SW Town Center Loop East, Wilsonville, OR 97070, Attn: Scott Simonton, Fleet Services Manager. Proposals received after the deadline will not be opened, and will be rejected without consideration.
The City of Wilsonville reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals.
