On June 7, 2021, upon 2nd reading, the City Council approved the Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment (Ord. No. 847) and Zone Map Amendment  (Ord. No. 848) related to this application (see Notice of Decision).

On May 26, 2021, the City Council will consider the Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment (Ord. No. 847) and Zone Map Amendment  (Ord. No. 848) related to this application.

On May 10, 2021, the Development Review Board Panel A approved this application and forwarded to City Council a recommendation for adoption of the Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment and the Zone Map Amendment related to this application.  (See Notice of Decision).  A City Council hearing is scheduled for May 26, 2021.

DB23-0012:  Site Design Review of Tract A Open Space - A proposal for site design review of the required open space in the Canyon Creek Subdivision at 28700 SW Canyon Creek Road South.  Improvements include a ramped access pathway from the public street, hard and soft surface pathways within the open space, benches and other furnishings, and landscaping.
