Wilsonville Road Business Park. A request to modify a Condition of Approval of Ordinance No. 678 to allow 20,000 sq. ft. of retail area, 33,460 sq. ft. of office area, and no limits on industrial square footage as allowed under current PDI Zoning of Wilsonville's Development Code.

This matter was previously scheduled for Sept. 10, 2012, but the DRB meeting was cancelled, and it was rescheduled to this date.
