On September 6th, 2012, City Council approved and adopted a major update to the City’s Water System Master Plan. The purpose of this Master Plan is to generally describe the current extent and condition of the water treatment and distribution systems of the City, evaluate current water demand, provide a forecast of future demands, and generate cost estimates for new or upgraded facilities to meet the future demand.
The final adopted Plan can be viewed or downloaded for free from this page. Hard copies of the Plan can also be purchased at Wilsonville City Hall. The previous (2002) Water System Master Plan can also be viewed here.
The Master Plan is primarily a technical document, and does not discuss future water user fees or System Development Charges. The Master Plan will however, provide the technical basis and cost estimates from which future fees and charges are developed. See Chapter 5 or Appendix E for more cost information, or view the Rate Study page for more information about rate study development.
