LP12-0003 Transportation System Plan Update:
LP12-0004 TSP-Related Development Code Amendments:
The City of Wilsonville is currently updating its Transportation System Plan (TSP), which guides transportation improvements within the City. The Wilsonville City Council adopted the current TSP in June of 2003. Since then, amendments have included the 2006 Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan, the 2008 Transit Master Plan, and the 2009 I-5/Wilsonville Road Interchange Area Management Plan.
The City’s current TSP update will reevaluate improvement needs for all transportation modes (i.e. motor vehicles, pedestrians, bicycles, rail, freight, and transit) to be consistent with future land use projections for the 2035 planning horizon. The TSP update will also be coordinated with the Metro Regional Transportation Plan (RTP), which was adopted in June of 2010.
The overall goal is for the City to adopt the updated TSP by Spring of 2013.

Why a TSP Update?
What is the TSP Update Process?
The TSP Update includes the preparation of numerous technical memorandums on a variety of topics.
TSP Maps for Citizen Feedback
To assure that the updated TSP is consistent with the desires of the community, the City of Wilsonville invites you to examine the maps of the existing system and send us your questions, comments, and corrections.
To ensure the most comprehensive understanding of freight needs, the city solicited input by sending a survey to the larger businesses and trucking firms that move freight in the city and received valuable feedback. Additional information is available on page 23 of the Gaps and Deficiencies Technical Memo and on page 8 of the March 2012 Boones Ferry Messenger.
