The Finance Department's Utility Billing Section provides billing and collections administration for all City utilities; water, sewer, stormwater, street lights and road maintenance services. The Utility Billing Staff handles the billing, payment services, and maintenance of nearly 4,500 customer accounts. Customers typically receive their monthly billings by the 15th and payment is due by the last working day of each month.
