Hosting a Special Event

What is a Special Event? Any event (public or private), entertainment, amusement or assembly of persons which would attract two hundred and fifty (250) or more persons and creates significant public impact in the City of Wilsonville.

Special Event on Public (City Owned) Property Any event (public or private), entertainment, amusement or assembly of persons which would probably attract two hundred and fifty (250) or more persons and creates significant public impact on public property in the City of Wilsonville. Such an event requires the sponsoring person, persons, corporation, organization, to register as a Special Event and to complete the following (as applicable): Rentals Department 1. Facility Rental Download Community Services 2. Park/Shelter Rental Download Community Services 3. Stein-Boozier Barn Rental Download Community Services Permits Department 1. Special Event Permit Download Community Services 2. Sign Permit (may be required) Download Planning 3. Street and Sidewalk Application Download  Community Services

Special Event on Private Property Any event (public or private), entertainment, amusement or assembly of persons which would probably attract two hundred and fifty (250) or more persons and creates significant impact on private property in the City of Wilsonville. Such an event requires the sponsoring person, persons, corporation, organization, land owner or lessor, to register as a Special Event and to include the following (as applicable): Permits Department 1.
