Any work done under a permit must be inspected by a certified inspector. Once you have completed the work, or portion of the work that must be inspected, you may contact the City to schedule an inspection using the Automated Inspection Request Line at 503-682-4159.
What do I need when calling?
You will need to have the following available when calling the Automated Inspection Request Line:
- property address
- permit number
- inspection code for the inspection you are requesting*
*Inspection codes can be found on the back of your inspection card or the back of your permit. You may also choose to listen to a list of the inspection codes on the request line when prompted.
You may request an am or pm inspection, up to 3 days in advance. If you have a specific request or concern, you may also leave a message for the inspector on the inspection line.

What are the inspection hours?
Inspections are performed Monday through Friday, between 9 am- 4:00 pm. The inspectors make every effort to meet am/pm inspection requests, but inspector availability is limited. Please feel free to contact the inspector directly, on the day of your inspection. Inspector contact information is located on the Building Division Staff page.
How do I get inspection results?
Inspection results are available through the Automated Inspection Request Line. You will need to have the following available when calling the Automated Inspection Request Line:
- property address
- permit number
- inspection code for the inspection you are requesting results of
Inspection results can also be obtained by using the City of Wilsonville’s online permit system. To use this system, you will first need to become a registered user and receive your customer number.
