June 3, 2013 Notice of Budget Hearing   A public meeting of the City of Wilsonville City Council will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the City of Wilsonville City Hall, 29799 SW Town Center Loop East. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013 as approved by the City of Wilsonville Budget Committee. A summary of the budget can be seen here. A copy of the budget may be inspected or obtained at City Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. A copy of the complete proposed budget document is available on the City’s web page here. This budget is for an annual budget period. The budget was prepared on a basis of accounting that is the same as used the preceding year. Questions regarding the budget should be directed to Joanne Ossanna, Finance Director, at 503-682-1011 or via email at ossanna@ci.wilsonville.or.us. Any person may attend the hearings and provide oral or written comments to the City Council on the proposed budget. June 3, 2013 Transportation System Plan (TSP) & related Development Code Amendments.  Public hearings regarding adoption of the 2013 Wilsonville Transportation System Plan and related Comprehensive Plan, and for the TSP-related Development Code amendments.     Planning Commission forwarded a recommendation to their City Council for adoption of these two matters at their May 8, 2013 Public Hearings.
June 17, 2013 Active Adults at the Grove Apartments.  Proposal for a 4-story, 112 unit apartment building for occupants 55 years or older.  This apartment building will be located in the middle of the Terrene Apartments Complex in Brenchley Estates North.   This matter is scheduled for a DRB Panel B public hearing on May 30, 2013.
Polygon Homes - Villebois Phase 4 Central.  Request for a 57-lot residential subdivision with small park areas and associated streets and infrastructure.  The DRB also is being asked to make a recommendation to City Council regarding a proposed Zone Map Amendment.   This matter is scheduled for a June 10, 2013 DRB public hearing.
Polygon Homes - Villebois Phase 2 North.    Request for a 90-lot residential subdivision and associated streets and infrastructure.  The development will include parks and open space, including a portion of the regional Villebois Greenway.The DRB also is being asked to make a recommendation to City Council regarding a proposed Zone Map Amendment.          This matter is scheduled for a June 10, 2013 DRB public hearing.

Polygon Homes - Villebois Phase 4 Central.  Request for a 57-lot residential subdivision with small park areas and associated streets and infrastructure.  The DRB also is being asked to make a recommendation to City Council regarding a proposed Zone Map Amendment.   This matter is scheduled for a June 17, 2013 City Council meeting.

Terrene Apartments Community Center Signage.  A request for a monument sign and for a waiver to exceed the 6-foot height limit to allow a 10 foot sign.
Memorial Park Parking Lot.  A request for parking lot modifications and expansion, and for the removal of 26 trees.

LeBois Row Homes and Duplexes.  Request for approval for the remaining LeBois Row Homes in Villebois.  The applicant proposes to build detached row house and duplexes.  This matter was continued to the May 30, 2013 DRB Panel B meeting.
