This upper portion of Memorial Park provides a transition between the densely developed urban areas near Wilsonville Road and the wooded character of lower Memorial Park. Located near Wilsonville’s library, this section of the park includes a combination of features including an amphitheater, picnic shelter, play areas, historic barn and interactive water feature.

Facilities: 2 non-reservable picnic shelters, amphitheater, children’s play area, historic barn and nut drying hut, natural areas, picnic tables, restrooms, trail system, and water features.
