How do I find out what classes and programs are available?
Programs are listed in a quarterly brochure sent to all Wilsonville residents.  View Current Program Brochure.

Where do I register for a Sports League?
All sports leagues are handled by outside groups except for 1st and 2nd grade basketball which is handled by the City.

Can I register for classes over the phone?
We are not able to take class registrations by phone. However, you can register online, walk in, fax to 503-682-9062, or mail your registration to:

Wilsonville Community Center
7965 SW Wilsonville Rd.
Wilsonville, OR  97070

You CAN sign up for Bridge Play, Senior Trips, Income Tax Assistance, some clinics and programs where phone registration is listed in the description by calling 503-682-3727.

Why are there different fees for classes if you are under 55?
Due to generous donations from Lamb’s Thriftway and others, we are able to offer classes for individuals 55+ at a reduced rate. Participants who are under 55 years old can still take our 55+ classes, but there will be an additional $10.00 fee.

I wanted to sign up for a class, why was it cancelled?
Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment up to one week in advance.  We strongly encourage participants to register early in order to avoid class cancellations.

Can I get a refund?
-You are entitled to a 100% refund if the City of Wilsonville cancels the class.
-You are entitled to a 100% minus a $5 administrative fee if you request a refund prior to the 1st class.
-In lieu of a refund you may request a class credit and the $5.00 administrative fee will be waived.
-After a class has begun, credits will be issued on a prorated basis.

There is inclement weather, will there be class?
All Community programs follow Wilsonville/West Linn School closures.  If the schools are closed due to inclement weather, no community programs will take place.

If severe weather is forecasted call Community Services at 503-682-3727 to find out if a specific program has been cancelled or changed.
