A proposal for construction of a new four-story, 118 room hotel with associated parking and landscaping improvements replacing the existing Quality Inn.   

As part of this application waivers to the maximum building height and the minimum lot area per hotel room are proposed, which would allow the applicant to exceed the 35’ maximum height and 103 room maximum. The applicant is requesting an average building height of 51’ with a maximum of 58’ at the penthouse, as well as a total of 118 hotel rooms.
