Online Payments

Click pay online to register and make a payment using a Visa, MasterCard or debit card. You can also sign up for recurring payments. View your account information such as consumption history, transaction history, and account detail. 

Auto Pay

Auto Pay is a free automatic payment deduction from your checking or savings account that makes paying your utility bill easier than ever. Sign up for auto pay. For recurring credit/debit card payments please see online payment options above.

Pay by Phone

Call 1-877-212-3067. We accept Visa and MasterCard. You will need your account number that is located in the billing detail section on the front side of your bill.

Pay in Person

Payments can be made at the Utility Billing Counter located on the second floor of City Hall, 29799 SW Town Center Loop E during the hours of 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday.  An after hours drop box is located in the roundabout of City Hall.

Payment Extensions

Payments are due on the last working day of the month. The city will give one additional week before beginning the delinquent process. If you have received a delinquent notice and still need an additional payment extension, please contact our office to make payment arrangements.

Payment Assistance

If you are experiencing financial hardship, you may qualify for this program. Contact the Utility Billing Specialist at 503-570-1531 for details.

Past Due Payments

If your payment is past due, please come into City Hall or place your payment in our drop box to avoid any late fees. All payments received prior to 5 pm are processed daily. Late payment fees are $5.00 or 0.75% of the past due amount, whichever is greater.

Non-Sufficient Funds

Payments that are returned from the bank due to non-sufficient funds shall be considered non-payment. The full amount on the account will become due immediately along with a processing fee of $25.00.


A disconnect fee of $35.00 will be charged for unpaid accounts.
